1. Overview
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. PeakFlex is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Product Description
The PeakFlex Dial Lock Knee Sleeve is a compression support sleeve featuring an adjustable precision dial, a silicone patella gel pad, dual flexible side stabilisers and silicone anti-slip grip bands. Available in sizes S to XL and suitable for either knee.

3. Important Product Limitations
PeakFlex is a general-purpose compression support garment. It is not a medical device, an orthosis, or a post-surgical brace. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult your doctor or physiotherapist before use if you have a diagnosed knee condition, a recent injury, a circulatory condition, diabetes, or are recovering from surgery. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience numbness, tingling, colour changes, swelling or increased discomfort. Do not set the dial so tight that it restricts circulation or prevents the knee from bending normally. Not intended for children.

4. Sizing
Sizing is based on the circumference of the leg approximately 4 inches (10 cm) above the centre of the kneecap. A size finder and chart are provided on the product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Free size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

5. Pricing and Promotions
All prices are listed in USD at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time. Promotional discounts apply automatically at checkout where eligible and cannot be applied retroactively.

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net. Once shipped, our 30-day refund and free exchange policy applies.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net before initiating any chargeback or dispute. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest chargebacks filed without prior communication.

8. Testimonials
Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Comfort, fit and perceived support vary by individual.

9. Care Instructions
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or bleach. Keep the dial mechanism dry where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order. ClickCraft Ventures accepts no liability for any injury, aggravation of an existing condition, or indirect damages arising from use or misuse of the product.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of purchase.
