Which size should I order?+

Measure around your leg 4 inches (10 cm) above the centre of your kneecap, standing with the leg straight. Then use the size finder higher up the page, or the chart. The dial gives you room to fine-tune from there — and if the size is still wrong, the exchange is free.

How tight should I set the dial?+

Supportive but comfortable. You should be able to bend your knee fully with no numbness, tingling or colour change below the sleeve. If you feel any of those, release the dial immediately and reset it looser.

Will it slip down when I walk?+

No. Silicone grip bands at the top and bottom hold it in place, and the dial keeps consistent tension. This is the single most common piece of positive feedback we get.

Can I wear it under trousers?+

Yes. The profile is slim enough to sit under most everyday trousers and jeans. The dial is the thickest part and sits flat against the front of the knee.

Left knee or right knee?+

Either. The sleeve is symmetrical, so one unit fits both. If you want one for each knee, order two.

How long can I wear it for?+

It's built for everyday wear — walking, working, standing, errands. We'd still suggest taking it off periodically to check the skin, and removing it before sleeping. Don't continue wearing it if you notice irritation, numbness or swelling.

How do I wash it?+

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then air dry flat. Keep the dial mechanism out of the washing machine and the tumble dryer, and don't iron or bleach it.

Should I check with my doctor first?+

If you have a diagnosed knee condition, a recent injury, are recovering from surgery, or have a circulatory condition, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before using any compression support. PeakFlex is a general-purpose support sleeve, not a medical device or a treatment.

How fast is shipping?+
