Every PeakFlex order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We recommend wearing the sleeve daily for at least two weeks before making a final decision — that is when most customers report noticing the difference.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — your size and how you wore it helps us troubleshoot first.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Free Size Exchanges
If the size isn't right, you don't need a refund. Email support@clickcraftventures.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will send the correct size free of charge — no return shipping cost and no restocking fee.

Return Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, items must be in good condition, not worn beyond a reasonable trial period, and free from stains, damage or odours. The dial mechanism must be intact and undamaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, the dial is faulty, or you received the wrong size, contact us with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items showing damage caused by misuse, machine washing or tumble drying.
